Not sure how native English speakers express a personality that someone likes, for instance, stoickly train his body even he has muscle pain on that day. Go to a gym every day and build his muscles. In other words, it can be said that they like pain.

Is it okay to call “Super Masochistic or Masochist”?
Anyways, long story short, we call such people as “Do M/ド M”.

Do/ド here means “Super” in Japanese, and M is  the first letter of Masochistic.

There are guys who love mountain trailing and mountain climing in Tokyo.
They are always super tired during mountaineerings, exhausted, want to retire….
Altho, they love it… They love themselves very tired…..

Yeah, they are Do M (super masochistic) enough.
